The Research Institute Children's Cancer Center Hamburg was founded 15 years ago with the goal of better understanding the molecular basis of childhood cancer development and paving the way for new therapies. Today, around 50 employees, physicians, scientists and technical assistants work in the field of stem cell transplantation and immunotherapy, leukemias as well as pediatric neuro-oncology - in other words, they conduct research on topics that play a central role in pediatric oncology. The current research report presents the research achievements of the working groups and provides an outlook on the future of pediatric oncology. Click here for the digital edition.
